Administrative Law
The practice of Administrative Law provides services to the three levels of Government (Federal, State and Municipal) by developing projects focused on the legality and formality of the acts issued by the Public Administration. The Department of Administrative Law also provides services to our clients by performing Amparo proceedings, actions of unconstitutionality and legal resources against the acts of Public Administration affecting the rights and interests of the clients. Mediation and Arbitration
The Mediation & Arbitration Department has comprehensive experience on solving conflicts through the use of alternative dispute resolution methods. Our professional team participates actively at international arbitration panels such as: World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), Copyrights National Institute, among others. Our services include: Mediation and/or arbitration proceedings related to domains infringements and cybersquatting; Mediation and/or arbitration proceedings related to license and franchising agreements, joint ventures, as well as resulting from an infringement of intellectual property and/or commercial rights.

Tax Consulting
We provide specialized advice, both to individuals and legal entities, regarding the operations carried out on a daily basis, through the elaboration of diagnoses that allow to validate the due fulfillment of their tax obligations (due diligence). Likewise, we participate in the development and implementation of structures that allow greater tax profitability, in strict adherence to tax provisions, such as: corporate restructuring, financial models, company acquisitions, spin-offs, mergers, infrastructure projects, among others. Our services also include timely attention in the audit processes by the tax authorities (home visits, cabinet reviews, or electronic audits), from the beginning to its conclusion.

Tax Litigation
The area offers advice and defense against the actions of the tax authorities that cause damage to taxpayers, including the issuance and / or application of laws that violate rights in favor of them. Our services include the preparation and presentation of revocation appeals against resolutions issued by tax authorities (local and federal); nullity claims before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice; and, the filing of amparo proceedings before the Judicial Power of the Federation. Likewise, we provide our clients with adequate advice during the processing of various alternative means of dispute resolution, before the PRODECON, as well as the necessary support before the tax authorities.

Administrative Litigation
We provide timely attention to the imposition of administrative sanctions, derived from any relationship between individuals and legal entities, and the Federal Public Administration. Our services include the study and presentation of the suitable means of defense, against resolutions issued by administrative authorities, in terms of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, such as: responsibility of public servants, closures, suspensions, revocations, fines and other sanctions.
